For centuries, San Sebastián flourished as a prosperous trading and military port. But after the Napoleonic destruction, the city had to reinvent itself. As it transformed into a royal seaside resort, a bold urban project was launched. At its heart: the construction of a grand, new church inspired directly by the Middle Ages…

Act 2: Between Shadows and Light

From the sunlit coastline that made the city famous, sunlight ignites the church’s stained glass and breathes life into its stone. Through the turmoil of history, it stands tall—guardian of the Basque Country.

Age requirement: The experience is accessible to all! Free entry for children 4 years old and under when seated on an adult's lap. Children over this age must have a ticket.

Tickets: Online ticket reservation is recommended and guarantees entry. However, it is possible to purchase a ticket on-site on the day of the event, subject to availability.

Cathedral El Buen Pastor

The Cathedral of El Buen Pastor in San Sebastián, inaugurated in 1897, is the city's main religious building. Inspired by the neo-Gothic style, it stands out with its 75-meter tall spire and colorful stained glass windows that fill the interior with light. Designed by Basque architect Manuel de Echave, it was built using local stone. Located in the heart of San Sebastián, it symbolizes the urban growth of the late 19th century. Still active today, it hosts masses, concerts, and religious events, embodying the spiritual and architectural heritage of the capital of Gipuzkoa.

Tickets will not be sold on site; they can only be purchased on the Fever app or on the Fever website.

Can I transfer my tickets to another person?

Yes, you can transfer your tickets to anyone for free. It's as easy as clicking "Transfer Tickets" on your ticket in the Fever app. Please contact us if you need additional assistance. Be sure to include your ticket order number.

Do I need to print my ticket?

You can find your ticket in the "Tickets" section of the Fever app (you can download it from the Apple App Store or Google Play. Remember to log in with the same login method used to make the purchase.

You will also find your QR code in the purchase confirmation email.

I can't find my ticket. What should I do?

You can view your ticket in the Fever app, under the “Tickets” section. If you do not have the app installed, you can download it from the Apple Store or Google Play. Remember to log in with the same account you used to purchase your tickets. If you still can't find your ticket, please contact us.

Are refunds allowed? What is the exchange policy?

This experience allows you to cancel your ticket up to 72 hours before the event. It is also possible to change it up to 7 hours before the start of the event.

In the "Tickets" section of the Fever app, you will see the "Change the date and/or time" button.

Follow the steps indicated in the link to change the date and/or time of your ticket.

Can I make a group reservation?

If you wish to book for a group, please fill out our contact form, time and size of your group.

Do you offer caregiver tickets?

Guests who need assistance during this experience are entitled to request a free pass for their personal assistant/support worker.

For this experience, simply show proof of needing a caregiver ticket at the beginning of the experience and the caregiver will be granted free access.

There are benches that are part of the tour.
