With nearly half a million spectators across Europe, LUMINISCENCE has quickly become a true cultural phenomenon. This immersive 360° show, which blends history, video mapping, and live music, makes its first stop in Germany—Münster—to unveil the legend of the Münster Cathedral during a series of special dates. Prepare for a journey of light and emotion, and discover the history of one of Germany’s most fascinating cathedrals. On these exceptional evenings, the region’s most prestigious choirs will raise their voices under the sacred vaults, perfectly harmonizing with the show’s soundtrack. A unique sound experience that reveals the full acoustic richness of this gem of German heritage.

Where can I get tickets?
In the Fever App, available on Google Play and the Apple Store.
On the Fever website.
Can I purchase tickets at the door?
Tickets can be booked online. In some cases, they are also available at the box office, subject to availability.
Can I transfer my tickets to another person?
Yes, you can transfer your tickets to anyone for free. It is as easy as clicking "Transfer Tickets" on your ticket in the Fever App. Please contact us if you need additional help. Make sure to include your ticket order number.
Do I need to print my ticket?
You can find your ticket in the ""Tickets"" section of the Fever app (you can download it from the Apple App Store or Google Play). Please remember to log in with the same login method used to make the purchase.
You will also find your QR code in your purchase confirmation email.
I can't find my ticket. What should I do?
You can view your ticket in the Fever app, within the Tickets section. If you don't have the app installed, you can download it from the Apple Store or Google Play. Remember to log in using the same account that you used when buying the tickets. If you still cannot find your ticket, please contact us.
Can I change the date of my ticket? Are refunds allowed?
For this experience, date changes are possible up to 48 hours in advance. If you would like to make a change, please contact us with your ticket ID associated with your purchase. Alternatively, you can check the option to make a change as follows: Go to your ticket in the Fever app. You will find it in the “Tickets” section where, if enabled, the “Change date and/or time” button will appear. Follow the steps indicated in the link to change the date and/or time of the ticket. A refund is not possible under any circumstances. Can I make a group booking?
You can book a ticket for groups up to 20 people directly on the marketplace. For groups of 20 people and more, please fill in the form on the event website, and we will examine your request.
About access to the event
Do I need to arrive at the start of my scheduled session?
Please arrive at the time stated on your ticket; late entry is not permitted.
Can I bring animals? Are service dogs allowed?
Unfortunately, no animals are allowed in this event’s location—not even service animals.
Is the venue accessible?
Yes, the event will take place in an accessible location; there is a separate entrance for people with disabilities. Please note that not all Platinum category areas are wheelchair accessible, as there are a few steps leading up to them. In this case, seating will be provided directly in front of the raised area.
Is the experience accessible for deaf/visually impaired people?
Unfortunately, this experience could not be fully adapted for deaf and visually impaired people. We do our best to make all our experiences inclusive, but no additional audio guides or transcripts are currently available here.
Will there be strobe lights?
Yes, this event will include strobe lights.
Are there chairs available? Can I be seated during the experience/exhibition?
This is a seated experience, so seating will be available for every guest.
Will restrooms be available on site?
Unfortunately, this venue has no restrooms.
Is coat check available?
Unfortunately, this venue has no coat check.
Is there an age requirement?
All ages are welcome! Tickets are free for children under 4 years old, sitting on an adult’s lap.
Will there be an audio guide?
Unfortunately, this experience does not include an audio guide.
Can I take photos or videos during the experience?
You are welcome to take and share photos. However, please be careful not to disturb other guests while taking photos. Professional equipment and tripods are not permitted.

We would recommend to ask the staff at the venue if they have found your belongings.
